* Please call or email me to schedule your quilting time before sending your quilt top.

* Press seams and trim threads.  This will make your quilt top lay better for quilting and make sure no stray thread show through lighter fabrics when the quilting is done. Do not pin or baste the layers, or attach the binding ahead of time.

* If it matters which end goes up, mark top of quilt top and backing with a safety pin.

* Please make sure the backing is square and at least four inches larger than the top on all sides.

* Please pack everything in a waterproof bag. The XL Ziploc bags work great.

* Place your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number (with area code) inside the package with your instructions for quilting: * pattern * special instructions * batting choice * thread color choice (I will choose a blending thread color if not specified)

* Do not use my business name on the outside of the box. Address the box to me personally: Address provided upon request.

* I will email or call you with the final itemized charges. A deposit of half the estimated total is required before quilting is started. You can mail a personal check, money order or send payment via Pay Pal. The second half is required upon receiving your finished quilt.

* When I return your quilt I will insure it for double the quilting cost. (example: I charged you $100 for quilting, I’ll insure the package for $200) If you want more than that, please let me know. Any fabric that you send and are not used, will be returned with the finished quilt.
